Coach Konstantin brings extensive coaching experience in modern pentathlon and épée fencing, having successfully developed athletes from youth to elite levels. He is a Master of Sport in Modern Pentathlon and has guided many athletes to top placements at regional, national, and international competitions. Before joining POFC, Coach Konstantin coached at Cardinal Fencing Academy in Virginia, where he helped athletes achieve strong results at both regional and national events, including finalists at major national competitions.Previously, he established and developed competitive fencing teams in Charlotte, North Carolina, and coached at Victoria Fencing Club. He also served on the Audit Committee of the Israeli Fencing Federation, contributing to the organization of national championships and World Cup events. As an athlete, Coach Konstantin earned multiple gold medals and podium finishes at USSR Championships and international tournaments. He is also a medalist at the World Veteran Masters Games, winning both silver and bronze medals. Coach Konstantin specializes in advanced épée techniques, tactical analysis, and competition preparation. He earned a degree from the Kazakh College of Sport & Physical Education and a law degree from Al-Farabi National University of Kazakhstan.
